Zen Invoice does not collect your data, because it never sends it anywhere. Every invoice, client and setting you create lives in the app's own private storage on your phone. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
What the app stores, and where
All of the following is written to the app's private storage — the sandbox Android gives the app, which other apps cannot read.

Nothing in that table leaves the device unless you personally share a PDF.
What the app does not do
- It does not create an account or ask you to sign in.
- It does not upload, sync, back up or transmit your invoices, clients or business details to Zeno Canvas or to anyone else.
- It does not contain any analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or attribution SDK. There is no Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Crashlytics, no ad network.
- It does not track you across apps or websites, and has no advertising identifier access.
- It does not read your contacts, photos library, location, camera, microphone, calendar, call log or SMS.
- It does not show adverts and contains no in-app purchases.
Permissions
The app declares exactly one permission.

The interface uses two Google Fonts (Plus Jakarta Sans and Inter) that Android downloads through the Google Play Services font provider. The permission is required for that system-mediated fetch. | The app itself makes no network requests. It has no server to talk to. |
A second permission, com.zenocanvas.zeninvoice.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION, is added automatically by the AndroidX libraries. It is a self-scoped signature permission that lets the app's own components talk to each other; it grants no access to anything outside the app.
The app requests no runtime permissions at all — there is no permission dialog to accept or decline.

If you share a generated PDF, the app you choose to share it with — your email client, a messaging app, a cloud drive, a printer — receives that PDF. What happens to it afterwards is governed by that app's own privacy policy, not this one.
There are no other third-party services, SDKs or processors.
Sharing and sale of data
Zen Invoice does not collect any data, so there is none to share or sell. No data is transferred to any third party for advertising, analytics, profiling or any other purpose.
Children
Zen Invoice is a business tool intended for adults who invoice clients. It is not directed at children, contains no content aimed at children, and is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. Because the app collects no data at all, it collects none from children either.
Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep it there. You are always in control of removing it:
- Delete individual records — delete an invoice or a client from inside the app.
- Reset the app — Settings → Danger Zone → Reset App permanently deletes every invoice, client and setting, along with your saved logo, signature and generated PDFs. The app asks you to confirm your device lock (PIN, pattern, password or biometric) first. This cannot be undone.
- Uninstall — removing the app removes its private storage, and with it everything in the table above.
Because nothing is ever sent to us, there is no server-side copy to request, export or have erased. If you would like written confirmation of that for your own records, email info@zenocanvas.online.
Security
Your data is held in the app's private storage, which Android isolates from other apps at the operating-system level. Because the app performs no network transmission, there is no data in transit to intercept. The Reset App action is gated behind your device lock so someone holding your unlocked phone cannot wipe your records without re-authenticating.
Zen Invoice does not apply its own encryption layer on top of Android's. If your device is rooted, or if you have disabled the device lock, the operating system's protections are weaker and so is the app's.
Domain disclaimer
The business and client details shown in the Play Store screenshots — "Northlight Studio", "Hart & Co Studio" and the rest, along with their addresses, phone numbers and email domains — are fictional. They were invented to fill the screenshots and do not refer to any real business or person.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will change with it and the updated version will be published at the same URL. Material changes will also be noted in the app's Play Store release notes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
