Overview

A typographic export studio for social media. You arrive with a sentence — typed, pasted, picked from the bundled library, or generated with AI — and leave with a 1080-wide PNG that is correctly typeset, correctly padded, and ready to post. The unit of value is the exported image, not the quote.

The three things it fixes

Platform-aware safe zones are the spine of the product, not a setting buried in an advanced panel, so text no longer collides with Instagram's Story header and footer after you post. Quotely never stamps its own brand on your export — the only watermark is your own brand kit, and it is off by default. And presets come first: one tap gives a designed result, with the sliders kept in an advanced drawer for anyone who wants them.

Technical details

The app ships with a bundled public-domain quote library and works completely offline with zero configuration from first launch. AI composition is a power-user accelerator behind a clearly labelled entry point, using your own OpenRouter or Gemini key, with both models overridable from Settings. Built on Jetpack Compose over a custom render engine held to a pixel-parity test, on the in-house Dessau design system, with roughly 900 unit tests and 75 instrumented tests green.
